From beginning your application to the day you arrive at your host family, and every day after that, Au Pair in America is here for you. Au Pair In America cares about you and your au pair experience. We offer a strong support network of long-standing worldwide staff, there to help you along every step of your US adventure.

Help and advice is always close at hand – your community counselor will live close to your location and will provide support and advice whenever you need it. They will also arrange plenty of social and cultural group activities and events.

Your community counselor is there to interview new host families to make sure they’re suitable for our program, welcome you to the local area when you arrive, and inform, advise and support you and your host family throughout your stay. They will also arrange monthly meetings as well as plenty of social and cultural group activites and events for all of the au pairs in your cluster.

Our au pairs also have access to 24-hour emergency assistance from our US Head office in Stamford CT. Should you need it, you will always be able to call the toll-free emergency helpline and speak to a member of staff.
